Where is Jolt.co.uk based?

Our main office is located in Hull, UK. We also have satellite offices in Kharkiv, UA. 
Our global presence is an added bonus when it comes to providing true 24×7 online technical support. Our servers are located in the UK, East Midlands.

What kind of support do you offer?

At Jolt Customer Support department we have desire, experience and ability to provide you with high quality support, which is one of the best in the industry. Everyday we are ready to make your life easier and improve our services so that you can boast you have hosting from Jolt.

We offer 24/7/365 support in all departments, except for billing.

  • Live Support

These are for sales/pre-sales, simple technical questions, often referred to as “level 1” support.

This is the place for more difficult questions or problems and is serviced 24×7 by customer service staff and technical support.

Billing department working hours:

8:00-16:00 BST

Billing issues can be addressed any time but please consider the timeframe specified when waiting for a response.
